Mayte is a global business strategist driven by purpose. With an MBA and international education from Copenhagen Business School and SP Jain School of Global Management, she has led binational programs, moderated high-level economic panels, and inspired leaders in corporate and academic settings.

A woman of integrity, creativity, and vision, Mayte believes business can—and should—be a force for good. She speaks Spanish, English, and French, and has built her career around conscious leadership, high-impact communication, and a deep-rooted belief that purpose must always come before product.

For her, LC is more than a company—it’s an expression of freedom, legacy, and love for those she serves. Inspired by the leadership of Jesus, she leads by example and with heart.

Luis Carlos Aguirre Chavira

Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency Consultant

Luis Carlos is a mechatronics engineer with a Master’s in Productivity and Quality. From a young age, he embraced discipline and perseverance as tools to turn dreams into reality.

His entrepreneurial journey spans from fast food to additive manufacturing, and his technical expertise includes automation and cost engineering in the manufacturing sector.

He is also a professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey and host of the business podcast “Chicle y Pega.” A certified Green Belt in Six Sigma, Luis Carlos is constantly learning and committed to sharing what he knows to elevate others. For him, LC is not just a business—it’s a mission.
